Solutions ProsperIT inc. protects your personal information in accordance with Quebec’s Law 25.
1. Scope
As a controller for what we collect directly, and as a service provider for personal information in our clients’ systems, processed only on their instructions.

Contact details, technical information for support, and browsing data through cookies (section 7).
4. Purposes
Providing our IT services, managing the relationship and billing, ensuring security, and communicating about our services with your consent.
5. Consent
Given freely; you may withdraw it at any time (section 11).
6. Third parties
We do not sell your information. Suppliers receive it only to deliver the services, under equivalent commitments.
7. Cookies and hosting outside Quebec
Cloudflare serves and protects the site with one strictly necessary cookie; traffic is measured without cross-site identifiers. Some suppliers may host data outside Quebec after a privacy impact assessment.
8. Retention
Kept only as long as needed, then destroyed or anonymized securely.
9. Security
Reasonable technical, physical and organizational measures.
10. Automated decisions
Human oversight is maintained, per Law 25.
11. Your rights
Access, correction, withdrawal, portability, de-indexing where the law provides. We respond within 30 days.
12. Incidents
We reduce effects, notify those concerned and the CAI, and keep a register.
13. Complaints
To our person in charge, or to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
14. Changes
The current version is published on prosperit.tech.
