Business network and Wi-Fi for Quebec companies

The box your internet provider gave you was built for a house. It handles three laptops and a TV. When thirty devices connect to it, Teams calls drop mid-meeting and the Wi-Fi dies in the back room, that isn't the internet's fault: it's equipment that was never designed for this.

The signs we see all the time

Wi-Fi that doesn't reach the end of the office or the warehouse. Video calls that drop when everyone is in. Guests and visitors on the same network as accounting. A box that needs restarting every week. And the classic: nobody knows which devices are connected, or since when.

Your network is a door, not just a pipe

A flat network, where everything sees everything, is a badly configured security camera with a path to the file server. We separate: workstations on one side, guests on their own network with no access to anything internal, printers and cameras on theirs. Same logic as closing the doors between departments instead of leaving one long corridor.

What we install and what we watch

Professional-grade equipment, mainly UniFi: access points placed according to the real shape of your space, switches, firewall, networks separated by use. Once in place it's monitored continuously: an access point that goes down, an internet link degrading, or a device that starts uploading heavily, we see it before you call us.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost?

$139 per user, per month, plus taxes. Network management is included, not a surcharge. It's worth asking every provider you compare: several advertise a lower monthly price and bill the network separately. Equipment is a one-time purchase, and we give you the amount before ordering anything.

Our Wi-Fi keeps dropping. Do we have to replace everything?

Not necessarily, and we won't know before looking. Often the problem is where the access points sit, interference from a neighbour, or a single box trying to cover an area it can't. We measure first. A provider who sells you equipment before measuring is guessing.

Do you come on site to install?

Yes. This is exactly the kind of work that needs hands: placing access points, pulling cable, mounting a switch in the rack. We're in Boucherville and cover the South Shore, the Montérégie and Greater Montreal. The monitoring and tuning that follow happen remotely.

Our visitors use our Wi-Fi. Is that a problem?

It is if they're on the same network as your workstations and server, and that's the case in most of the businesses we take over. A separate guest network fixes it: visitors get internet, and nothing else. It's one of the first things we put in place.

We already have equipment. Will you manage it?

In most cases yes, if it's professional-grade and still supported by its manufacturer. We start with the inventory: what you have, how old it is, whether it still receives security updates. We tell you what holds up and what needs replacing, with the reasons.

Can you see what happens on the network?

We see volumes and devices, not the content of what your people do. That's enough to spot what matters: a device uploading heavily in the middle of the night, equipment going down, an internet link degrading. We don't read your employees' communications, and no IT provider should offer to.

Where do we start?

With a picture: the real Wi-Fi coverage in your space, the connected devices, what's separated and what isn't, how old the equipment is. You keep it, whether or not you decide to work with us.
