Managed IT services
Managed IT services for Quebec businesses
Handing your IT to an outside team that looks after it continuously, instead of calling someone when it breaks. Your workstations, accounts, network and data are monitored, kept up to date and protected, and someone answers when you write.
Managed IT, outsourced IT, IT support: different words, one thing
In Quebec the same reality goes by several names, which makes shopping around harder. « Infogérance » is the common term in France, used here mostly alongside a city name. « Impartition informatique » is the generic word for delegating a function to a third party. « Managed IT services » is what most providers advertise. And « IT support » is the word business owners use when they simply want it to work. They all describe the same service, and it's the one we provide.
Who it's for
For companies of 3 to 100 people in Quebec with nobody in-house to look after IT, and for those who have someone who shouldn't be carrying it alone. If you already have a technician, we work in co-management: they keep contact with staff, we take what's heavy or specialized.
What a basic plan elsewhere usually leaves out
Three things we include that several providers bill on top or reserve for a higher tier: full cybersecurity, network management, and governance of your data. It's worth asking every provider you compare, because a lower monthly price often hides three more invoices.

What we cover
Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
$139 per user, per month, plus taxes. Everything listed above is included. A one-time onboarding fee applies at the start, based on the size of your team. There's no cybersecurity surcharge, no network surcharge, no project surcharge.
We already have someone in-house. Does this still work?
Yes, and it's common. It's called co-management. Your technician keeps direct contact with staff and everything they know about your business, and we take what's heavy or specialized: security, monitoring, updates, network, governance. We agree in writing, up front, on who does what.
How does switching providers work?
In stages, with no day of downtime. We start with a full inventory of what you have: accounts, devices, licences, access, backups. We take over access one item at a time, keeping your current provider in place until everything has moved. You decide when to cut.
How long does onboarding take?
It depends on the state of your environment, and we honestly can't know before looking at it. So the inventory comes first. It tells us what has to be done, and only then do we give you a schedule. A provider who promises you a duration before seeing your setup is guessing.
What area do you serve?
Our office is in Boucherville and we serve the South Shore, the Montérégie and Greater Montreal. The large majority of requests are handled remotely, wherever you are in Quebec; we travel when hardware needs hands on it.
Is there a long-term contract?
That's a question to ask before signing with anyone, and the answer should be written plainly in the agreement. With us, the terms are in the contract we hand you before we start, not discovered afterwards.
Where do we start?
With a picture of your environment: what you have, what's up to date, what isn't, what exposes you, what you're paying and for whom. You keep that picture, whether or not you decide to work with us.
