Managed IT services
Managed cybersecurity and compliance for Quebec businesses
Security and compliance almost always come through the same door. Your insurer sends a questionnaire, a client asks how you protect their data, or someone on the team clicks the wrong link. All three ask the same underlying question: what's in place, and who looks after it?
Who it's for
For the company that just received its cyber insurer's questionnaire and doesn't know how to answer. For the one a large client is asking to fill out a security form before signing. For the one holding personal information without quite knowing where it ended up. And for the one that already had an incident and doesn't want to live through that again.
What's in place at our clients
Multi-factor authentication on every account, email protection against phishing and CEO fraud, threat detection and response on Mac and Windows workstations, encrypted drives, tested backups, and access removed when someone leaves. This isn't a list of options. It's the baseline, and it's in the plan.
Knowing where the personal information lives
The part most small businesses have never done is knowing what they hold and where. We look at your file spaces and show you which ones contain information about people, which have been dormant for years, and which are shared outside the company without anyone remembering. These are signals, not a verdict: the first step of the work is confirming them with you, one space at a time.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
$139 per user, per month, plus taxes. Cybersecurity and data governance are in the plan, not on top. It's worth asking every provider you compare: several advertise a lower monthly price and bill security separately.
We got our insurer's questionnaire. Will you fill it out?
We fill it out with you, and above all we tell you the truth about what is and isn't in place. Answering yes to a question whose answer is no means risking no coverage on the day it matters. Where something is missing, we tell you what, how long it takes, and we put it in place.
What exactly does Quebec's Law 25 require of us?
We don't play lawyer, and you should be wary of an IT provider who does. What we can do is the technical half: knowing where personal information lives, limiting who can reach it, being able to say what happened in an incident, and not keeping indefinitely what no longer serves. For the rest, we work alongside your legal advisor.
An employee clicked a link. What happens?
You call us, and nobody is going to lecture them. We check right away whether the account was used elsewhere, cut access if needed, change what has to change, and tell you what was touched. The costliest part of these cases is the hour someone spends hesitating before speaking up.
We're small. Are we really a target?
Most attacks aren't aimed at anyone in particular. They sweep, and they stop where things are open. A twelve-person business with accounts lacking strong authentication is easier to reach than a large corporation, and that's exactly what makes it a target.
We already have a provider. Can you just review it?
Yes. We put together the picture of what's in place, you keep it, and you do what you want with it. If your current provider is doing the job well, you'll have something that confirms it. If not, you'll know what to ask them.
Where do we start?
With the picture: what's protected, what isn't, where your sensitive information lives and who can reach it. You keep it, whether or not you decide to work with us.
