Microsoft does not back up your data
This is the most important thing on this page, and almost nobody knows it. Microsoft guarantees its service runs, not that you can recover a folder deleted eight months ago or a mailbox removed after someone left. Recycle bins empty, retention windows expire. So we add real backup, and we test it, because a backup that has never been restored isn't a backup.

Mailboxes and teams, identities and access in Microsoft Entra, file sharing and who can see what, email protection against phishing and fraud, employee arrivals and departures, and the licence bill, which we review to cut what no longer serves. Mac and Windows workstations go through the same management.

What does it cost?
$139 per user, per month, plus taxes. Managed Microsoft 365 is part of the plan, along with security, network and data governance. The Microsoft licences themselves stay on your account, as with any provider, but we go through them with you so you stop paying for accounts nobody uses.
We already have Microsoft 365. What do you do on top?
In most of the businesses we take over, Microsoft 365 is installed but not configured: no backup, partial two-factor authentication, file shares open to everyone, former employees' accounts still active. We start by looking at all of it and showing you what we find, before touching anything.
Does Microsoft back up our email and files?
Not in the way you mean. Microsoft protects its infrastructure and keeps your data for a period after deletion, but that window expires and recovering an old folder isn't guaranteed. Independent backup is part of our plan.
How long does a Microsoft 365 migration take?
It depends on what you have today, and we honestly can't know before looking at it. The inventory comes first. What we can promise is the method: we migrate in stages, the old system stays up until everything has moved, and you decide when to cut.
We're paying for too many licences. Can you help?
Yes, and it's often the first thing we find. Accounts for people who left, duplicate licences, plans bigger than what the person actually uses. We give you the picture, you decide what to cut.
Is security included or billed separately?
Included. Multi-factor authentication, email protection, threat detection and response are part of the price. It's worth asking every provider you compare: several advertise a lower price and bill security on top.
