Managed IT services
Managed IT services on Montreal's South Shore
Our office is in Boucherville. For a South Shore business, that means we're on your side of the bridge. When someone needs to come on site, it doesn't depend on traffic over the Jacques-Cartier. And the large majority of requests get handled remotely, without anyone having to travel.
Who it's for
For the 3-to-100-person company with nobody in-house to look after IT. For the one that has someone, but who is burning out alone. For the business whose server is reaching end of life and who is torn between buying new hardware and migrating. For the one that just received its cyber insurer's questionnaire and doesn't know how to answer it. And for the one with Macs that nobody really manages.
Mac and Windows, at the same level
On the South Shore as elsewhere, most IT providers manage PCs and tolerate Macs. Here, both are handled at the same level. Inventory, updates, encryption, applications and security go through the same management, whether the machine is a Mac or a Windows PC. Apple also lists us as a consultant in Boucherville.
Where we travel
Areas served: Boucherville, Longueuil, Varennes, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Sainte-Julie, Brossard, Saint-Lambert, Saint-Hubert and the Montérégie region.
Almost everything gets handled remotely, and that's faster for you than waiting for a visit. We come on site when hardware needs hands on it: replacing a workstation, installing network equipment, opening a new office.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
$139 per user, per month, plus taxes. Everything is included: security, network, data governance, Mac and Windows workstations, and your client portal. There's no cybersecurity surcharge, no network management surcharge, no project surcharge. A one-time onboarding fee applies at the start, based on the size of your team.
Is cybersecurity included, or billed separately?
Included. Multi-factor authentication, email protection, threat detection and response are part of the price. It's a question worth asking every provider you compare. Several advertise a lower monthly price and bill security on top.
We already have someone in-house. Does this still work?
Yes, and it's common. Your technician keeps direct contact with staff and everything they know about your business. We take what's heavy or specialized: security, monitoring, updates, network, governance. We agree in writing, up front, on who does what, so nobody steps on anyone's toes.
How does switching providers work?
In stages, with no day of downtime. We start with a full inventory of what you have: accounts, devices, licences, access, backups. We take over access one item at a time, keeping your current provider in place until everything has moved. You decide when to cut.
How long does onboarding take?
It depends on the state of your environment, and we honestly can't know before looking at it. So the inventory comes first. It tells us what has to be done, and only then do we give you a schedule. A provider who promises you a duration before seeing your setup is guessing.
Do you come to our offices?
Yes, across the South Shore and Montérégie. Most requests get handled remotely, but hardware needs hands: workstation replacement, network equipment, a new office. Our office is in Boucherville.
Where do we start?
With a picture of your environment: what you have, what's up to date, what isn't, what exposes you. You keep that picture, whether or not you decide to work with us.
